| Jim is a graduate of Yorktown High School, and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Ball State University. He has over 32 years experience, all with Muncie firms. He was previously on the Board of Directors of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, is an active member at the YMCA, and is the Treasurer and past President of the Sunrise Rotary. He and his wife, Toni, are "empty-nesters" with both children (J.R. and Amy) now out of the house. Jim is committed to service clients and focuses on small-business consulting. |

| Although not a Muncie native, Patrick has been here long enough to know the ins and outs of our town. A graduate from Ball State University's Honor College with a B.S. in Accounting, Patrick now has over 20 years of public accounting experience. While actively involved in many community activities, he is currently the president of the Muncie Children's Museum and the treasurer of Muncie Jaycees. He also is a past treasurer of Cub Scout Pack 303. Over the years, he has built a niche with community foundations/non-profit organizations and manufacturing companies. He resides in the Muncie area with his two children. |

| A native of Muncie and a graduate of Indiana University, Al has practiced public accounting for over 54 years. He has served as president of the Indiana CPA Society and as Chairman of the Board of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. His other activities include the United Way, Community Foundation of Muncie, Rotary Club, and Delaware Country Club. Long active in business acquisitions, he is currently a business broker with Sunbelt Indiana Business Resource, Inc. He and his wife Julie have grandchildren in five states, and if you can’t locate him, call the golf course. |
T. Andrew Roberts, CPA |

| Andy is a graduate of Daleville High School. He attended Taylor University and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Systems Analysis. After spending over two years with a national accounting firm, he returned to the Muncie area to analyze internal controls and assess risks for a large company in Central Indiana. Andy specializes in community foundation and non-profit auditing and consulting. He also coaches basketball at Daleville. Andy resides in the Yorktown area. |

| After taking a 17 year break from public accounting to work in private industry, Sherri has joined our firm to specialize in small business accounting and consulting. She has a wide variety of experience with accounting processes related to small companies and QuickBooks accounting packages. Sherri resides in the Muncie area with her two children. |

| The newest member of our staff, Ken attended Ball State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Marketing. We are pleased that Ken has chosen our firm to begin his career. |
